My Shoppy is a matching service. You describe the property you want and we pass that brief to licensed Australian real estate agents who may contact you with offers. We are not a real estate agency, we do not act as your buyer's agent, and we do not list, sell or manage property ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old, be buying in Australia, and provide a valid Australian mobile number. One brief per property search, please.

The details you submit must be accurate and your own. Do not submit someone else's contact details, misleading budgets, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing. We may remove any brief or refuse service if these terms are breached.

Posting a buyer brief is free for buyers and creates no obligation to buy, to engage an agent, or to respond to an offer.

Offers, prices, availability and property details come from the agents, not from us. We do not verify individual listings and we cannot guarantee that you will receive offers, or that any offer will suit you. Always do your own due diligence and seek independent legal, financial and building advice before committing to a purchase.

By submitting a brief you agree that we and matched agents may contact you about it by email or phone. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

We provide this service on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of agents, the accuracy of their offers, or decisions you make in reliance on them.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
